Combinarea metodelor școlare formale și nonformale pentru a face școala mai eficientăCombinarea metodelor educaționale formale și non-formale ajută la eficientizarea învățării școlare. Abilitățile dobândite prin învățarea non-formală și formală au beneficii semnificative pentru individ. Esența învățării non-formale este că învățăm în același timp câștigând experiențe pozitive și succes.
Cei opt formatori ai Casei Corpului Didactic “Csutak Vilmos” Covasna, profesori din cadrul unităților de învățământ Liceul “Kőrösi Csoma Sándor” Covasna, Școala Gimnazială “Gaál Mózes” Baraolt, Școala Gimnazială “Dr. Gelei József” Arcuș, Școala Gimnazială “Kálnoky Ludmilla” Valea Crișului, membrii conzorțiului CCD Covasna, au participat la cursul Combinarea metodelor școlare formale și nonformale pentru a face școala mai eficientă în Torrox Costa în perioada 30 octombrie - 6 noiembrie 2023.
Pe lângă importanța oportunităților extracurriculare, organizatorii programului au acordat o atenție deosebită însușirii diferitelor tehnici de învățare, importanței comunicării și inteligenței emoționale și prezentării sistemului de învățământ spaniol. Acest curs ne ajută să stabilim o legătură mai profundă cu elevii noștri atunci, când ne întoarcem în școlile noastre, pentru a obține o învățare mai eficientă. Putem lucra eficient, dacă suntem capabili să creăm o relație cu elevii noștri și dacă recunoaștem ce tehnici individuale de învățare putem folosi pentru a le îmbunătăți activitățile școlare.
Formális és nonformális iskolai módszerek ötvözése az iskola hatékonyabbá tétele érdekébenA formális és nonformális oktatási módszerek ötvözése segíti az iskolai tanulás hatékonyabbá tételét. A nonformális és formális tanulás révén elsajátított készségek jelentős előnyökkel járnak az egyénre nézve. A nonformális tanulás lényege abban rejlik, hogy pozitív tapasztalatok és sikerélmények szerzésével tanulunk.
A Csutak Vilmos Pedagógusok Háza Erasmus-akkreditáció konzorcium tagjai ebben az évben a Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Liceum (Kovászna), Gaál Mózes Általános Iskola (Barót), Dr. Gelei József Általános Iskola (Árkos), Kálnoky Ludmilla Általános Iskola (Sepsikőröspatak) tanintézmények. 2023. október 30. és november 6. periódusban Torrox Costa-n részt vett a Formális és nonformális iskolai módszerek ötvözése az iskolai tanulás hatékonyabbá tétele érdekében képzési programon. A képzésprogramon a szervezők kiemelt figyelmet fordítottak a különböző tanulási technikák elsajátítására, a kommunikáció és az érzelmi intelligencia fontosságára, valamint a spanyol oktatási rendszer bemutatására. Ez a kurzus segít nekünk abban, hogy iskoláinkba hazatérve, hatékonyabb tanulási módszerek segítségével eredményesebbé tegyük a tanulási folyamatot. Akkor tudunk hatékonyan dolgozni, ha képesek vagyunk valós kapcsolatot teremteni diákjainkkal és, ha felismerjük, hogy milyen egyéni tanulási technikákkal tudjuk segíteni az iskolai tevékenységüket.

The Csutak Vilmos Teachers’ House’s eight trainers-Kőrösi Csoma Sándor High School-Kovászna, Gaál Mózes Elementary School-Barót, Dr. Gelei József Elementary School-Árkos, Kálnoky Ludmilla Elementary School -Sepsikőröspatak participated in the Combining formal and non-formal school methods to make school learning more effective training program in Torrox Costa between October 30 and November 6, 2023. In addition to the importance of extracurricular opportunities, the organizers of the program paid special attention to the acquisition of different learning techniques, the importance of communication and emotional intelligence, and the presentation of the Spanish education system.This course helps us to establish a deeper connection with our students when we return to our schools, in order to achieve more effective learning. We can work effectively if we are able to create a relationship with our students and if we recognize what individual teaching techniques we can use to improve their school activities.
